I authorize Current Coffee Service (and its technicians) to inspect, diagnose, repair, and service the equipment listed.
I understand that service work may involve disassembly, electrical testing, and replacement of components. While all reasonable care will be taken, Current Coffee Service is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, misuse, water quality issues, power irregularities, or manufacturer defect and is not responsible for loss of product, downtime, or consequential damages resulting from equipment failure.
I acknowledge that additional issues may be discovered during service and authorize Current Coffee Service to perform necessary repairs to restore safe and proper operation unless otherwise directed.
I agree to pay all service charges including labor, travel, parts, and applicable fees in accordance with Current Coffee Service's current rates and billing policies.
I understand that payment terms, late fees, and collection costs may apply to unpaid balances.
